Privacy,plainly
No advertising trackers, and nothing optional without your consent. This page sets out exactly what happens with your data on this website — it's deliberately short.
Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by MX BLAU AZUL DEVELOPERS LTD (registered in Cyprus, no. HE 492189), trading as Blue Azul Developers. MX BLAU AZUL DEVELOPERS LTD is the data controller for any personal data you send us through this site.
What this website collects
This website uses no advertising trackers, and sets analytics cookies only if you allow them (see “Cookies and your choices”). Beyond the technical data every website needs in order to load (see “Hosting” below), we collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us — for example when you submit an enquiry or email us directly. That data is limited to what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and message.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, its infrastructure processes your IP address, basic browser and device information, and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered to you and protected against abuse. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as our processor under its data processing agreement, which includes safeguards for transfers outside the EU. These technical logs are kept for a limited period and are never used to profile you. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
How enquiries work
The enquiry forms on this site compose an email in your own mail application. Nothing is stored on our servers when you use them. To save you retyping, your contact details can be remembered in your own browser’s local storage — that information never leaves your device until you choose to send an enquiry.
Maps
Project location maps are provided by Mapbox and load only if you allow maps, in the cookie banner or with the “Show map” button. Your browser then requests map tiles directly from Mapbox, which receives your IP address and basic browser information, and may keep an anonymous identifier in your browser’s local storage to count map loads. Mapbox handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd, to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It sets first-party cookies (“_ga”) and processes your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and the data is never used for advertising. This rests on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. See Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and your choices
Essential storage — remembering your cookie choice and, if you use an enquiry form, your contact details — stays in your own browser and needs no consent. Everything else (the Mapbox map and Google Analytics) runs only after you opt in through the cookie banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time: .
How we use your data
Data you send us is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked us to, to keep you informed about a development. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, and erase the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
Contact
For any privacy request, write to mikehad62@gmail.com. We respond to data requests within one month, as the regulation requires.
